Our Team
Renewed Real Estate is a family owned and operated company built on trust, integrity, and genuine care for our communities. Mike Nemecek is the owner and his sister in-law Hope Till is the lead manager. Mike has been a MI native his entire life. Mike has over 30 years of construction experience, 15 of those running Efficient Electric , an electrical Co servicing the public in Metro Detroit area. Aside from being a wife to a veteran, a mother of 3 and a "mother to many" with extended family and friends, Hope has pursued careers in different fields to provide for her family, such as insurance, massage therapy, and childcare professional. When not at work, both Mike and Hope are active in there communities and local Churches. They hold tight to a belief of Faith, Family and Finances, each in a God-Honoring way.
