Owned by Mike Nemecek, with his sister-in-law Hope Till serving as the lead manager, this company understands the needs of those looking to sell their home quickly. Mike, a lifelong MI native, brings over 30 years of construction experience, including 15 years managing Efficient Electric, an electrical company servicing the Metro Detroit area. Hope, a devoted wife to a veteran and mother of three, has also taken on various roles to support her family, including insurance, massage therapy, and childcare professional. When they’re not working, both Mike and Hope are actively involved in their communities and local churches, holding steadfast to their beliefs in Faith, Family, and Finances in a God-honoring way.
